Q: How do I know my project is on the top of you priority list?
A: When I start a project, I stay day after day until it is finished. I don't skip from project to project, unless a break in the work is required. ie:drying drywall/paint, waiting for special orders items etc.

Q: Do you hire help?

A: Wait times will vary greatly depending on the length of my currently booked projects. As little as a couple weeks to as long as 4 months.

A: Yes, I give a 13 month limited guarantee against defects in workmanship on all projects. Again, ask your references if they've had to make a call back.

Q: Why should I hire a you and not do the work myself?
A: Some homeowners either don't have the time to invest in renovations, or simply do not have the skills to produce the finish quality neccessary to demand an increase in your homes value. In fact, if you are going to spend the money on materials anyway, it is important to get a high quality, finished project so you are not wasting your precious time and money.

Q: What makes your a better renovator than the next guy?
A: I have had the rare opportunity early in my career to learn from, and be instilled with "old school" mentality, that it's most important to produce quality work, not how fast, but how well you do it. After all, at the end of the day it's the smile and satisfaction on the homeowners face, and the fact that the job was completed to best of my knowledge and skill. That makes me happy as well.

Q: What factors might increase the overall cost of my project when it comes to labor?
A: Changes in design, additions or unecessary delays will cause increases in labor.
Try to adhere to material budgets outlined in the quote.
